Bowman, Foster & Associates, PC (BFA) is a consulting engineering firm providing services throughout the United States and a variety of locations abroad. We perform a wide range of mechanical and electrical engineering services, including full A/E services for renovations/repairs, and new construction.

Our services include the preparation of 1391's, studies, life cycle cost analysis, sustainable design, DSM project management, project scope preparation, design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, Post Construction Award Services and OMSI preparation. We routinely provide Facility Condition Inspections, and participate in Function Analysis Concept Development (FACD) charettes.
